We’re hiring! Join our team at a brand-new Daily Coffee Café opening in Knysna in January 2026.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

· Front-of-House Manager

· Waitstaff (Service)

· Baristas

· Kitchen Team (Grill, Cold Kitchen, Pass Coordination, Baker, Scullery)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

· Must live in the Knysna area and have reliable transport

· Fluent in English

· South African ID or valid work permit / asylum

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role to the one you are applying for

· Available mid-January 2026

· Passionate about the hospitality industry and great guest service

· Able to work weekends and public holidays

SECTION-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Front-of-House Manager

· Comfortable working on a POS system

· Experienced across multiple sections of the restaurant industry

· Confident with stock control (including COS calculations, GRVs, productions, costing, and stock counts)

· Comfortable managing and motivating a team

Barista

· Confident operating an espresso machine

· Skilled in latte art

· Experience with stock control

· Works well within a team

Waitstaff

· Experience using a POS system

· Has stocktake experience

· Works well in a team and under pressure

Kitchen Team

· Experience with stock control and stocktaking

· Comfortable assisting management with stock orders

· Good Health and Safety knowledge

· Works well under pressure and with other sections
