Description
Brief Description:
- Install, maintain, and repair analytical instruments such as ICP, GC, GC-MS, LC, and IC systems
- Perform troubleshooting and calibration to meet compliance standards
- Deliver on-site technical support and training to clients
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams for technical upgrades and customer feedback
Skills and experience
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (ICP, GC, GC-MS, LC, IC)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with electronics and mechanical systems in instrumentation
Qualification:
- National Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or chemical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in field service or instrumentation support
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
