- Grade 12
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years' experience in logistics, shipping, or administrative support
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have experience with Feed Additives / Grains
- Exposure to commodity trading, shipping, or export documentation is advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, traders, warehouses, and transporters to ensure smooth delivery execution and communication
- Manage inventory, dispatch instructions, stock releases, and warehouse reconciliations
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and support accounts receivable/payable processes
- Monitor payments, resolve customer queries, and assist with compliance, reporting, and month-end activities
- Maintain accurate records and process storage, handling, and intercompany charges
