Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control Provide expert advice on agricultural products and applications Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff Maintain accurate sales, stock, and operational records Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and customer base Build strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and stakeholders Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall store performance Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction??
