Key Responsibilities:General Finance Duties:Manage the full processing of day-to-day transactions and payments for smaller entitiesPrepare journals and complete monthly reconciliationsUpdate trial balance accounts in line with IFRSIdentify financial risks and ensure internal complianceContribute to performance management and continuous improvement initiativesReporting:Compile monthly, quarterly, forecast, and year-end reporting packs on SAPManage inter-company confirmationsPrepare annual financial statementsSupport reporting requirements across multiple companiesBudgeting & Forecasting:Review cost allocationsPrepare budgets and forecasts for smaller entitiesManage cash flow reporting to treasuryProjects:Administer and maintain project financials, including budget controlAssist project managers with financial oversightProvide input for reporting, tax disclosures, and forecastingCompliance:Ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and relevant ISO standards across SHE, environmental, quality, and energy frameworks Requirements:BCom Accounting or equivalent qualificationMinimum 3 years experience in a financial/accounting environmentStrong computer literacy (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4Hana advantageous)Independent, self-driven work approachAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesDeadline-driven with strong planning and administrative skillsInnovative, strategic thinker
