Financial accountant

A well-established organization in Rosslyn is seeking a driven and technically strong Accountant to take charge of core financial functions. The ideal candidate will have a completed BCom with Articles, and exposure to the manufacturing sector is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end financial management (Full Financial Function)
• Cost & management accounting
• Reporting: Monthly management reports, forecasting, and budgeting
• Tax: Ensure accurate and compliant submissions
• Compliance: Maintain internal controls and accurate financial processing
• Operational Support: Work closely with internal teams to support business decisions
• Contribution: Support ongoing improvements in reporting and cost structures

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Qualification: BCom + Completed Articles
• Experience: 5 years post-articles
• Industry: Manufacturing experience beneficial (open to other industries)
• Technical: Strong cost & management accounting experience; reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and tax
• Profile: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and confident in a high-performance environment
