We are looking for a Data Scientist / Statistician to leverage advanced analytics, statistical modelling, and AI techniques to generate insights and develop scalable solutions that inform business strategy and drive client success.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity, reliability, and alignment with project goals.
- Implement AI-driven solutions and advanced analytics workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Manage data systems and architecture to ensure accessible, secure, and fit-for-purpose reporting capabilities.
- Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science (Bachelors acceptable with strong experience).
- 35+ years experience in statistical research, data analysis, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and statistical tools such as SPSS.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks, predictive modelling, and AI-driven solutions.
- Proven ability to handle large datasets and ensure data quality, governance, and accuracy.
- Experience building dashboards, automated reports, and delivering client-ready outputs.
- Strong communication, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to deliver results under deadlines.
