- Relevant Accounting or Bookkeeping certificate
- At least 2-3 years experience as a Bookkeeper
- Reconcile creditors ledger
- Ability to capture invoices and processing of payments
- Authorization of payments to creditors
- Checking of purchase order requests
- Experience with reconciliations
- Experience using AJS advantageous
- Ability to work in a high pressure and high-volume environment
