Based in Johannesburg North, this role places you right in the engine room of a business where timing, liquidity, control, and precision matter every single day. Youll be the guardian of the groups cash flow, the architect behind their banking relationships, and the steady hand ensuring that the right money moves to the right place, at the exact right time.

With 35 years of experience and a solid BCom foundation, youll take charge of treasury ops, risk awareness, payment governance, inter-company flows, and crisp, insight-driven treasury reporting, all while helping to keep a high-value property portfolio running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Command daily cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations
• Own the businesss banking relationships like a pro
• Process & authorise payments with precision and zero shortcuts
• Create treasury reports that tell a clear, compelling financial story
• Support month-end & year-end with rock-solid accuracy
• Manage inter-company funding and make the numbers dance
• Strengthen governance & risk awareness across all treasury processes
• Identify gaps, tighten controls, and elevate treasury operations
• Always ask: "How can this be better?" then make it happen

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• BCom Degree non-negotiable
• 35 years in treasury, cash management, or banking ops
• Confident with:
  • Cash flow like its your love language
  • Payments & banking platforms
  • Risk monitoring & internal controls
  • Analysis, reconciliations & reporting
  • Inter-company fund flows
  • Month-end & year-end support
• Strong Excel & ERP capability
• Calm under pressure, obsessed with accuracy, and naturally structured
• A communicator who knows when to be diplomatic and when to be firm
