Senior Finance Manager

As the Senior Finance Manager at this telecommunications company, you will play a crucial role in steering financial strategies and optimizing financial performance within the rapidly evolving telecommunications sector.

Your duties will include:

• Financial Strategy & Analysis:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with corporate goals, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and trend forecasting to support decision-making processes.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs.
  • Manage rolling forecasts and financial projections to adapt to market dynamics and maximize resource allocation.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance:
  • Lead accurate and timely financial reporting in adherence with IFRS and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with JSE requirements, statutory obligations, and relevant industry-specific regulations

This role reports to the Head of Finance.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA)
• 7 to 8 years post-articles
• 4 years relevant Telecommunications experience
