Validation of new credit applications in line with company policyMaintenance of accurate debtor master data in the ERP systemManagement and monitoring of credit limits within approved authority levelsProcessing of debtor transactions, including invoices, credit notes, and journalsPreparation of debtor reconciliations and resolution of allocation issuesTimely distribution of invoices, statements, and supporting documentation to customersActive management of debtor collections and resolution of overdue accountsAccurate allocation, reconciliation, and monitoring of customer receipts and banking transactionsWeekly cashâ??flow forecasting input related to debtor collectionsTimely and professional resolution of customer queries and disputes in coordination with Sales and OperationsManagement of credit risk, including credit insurance monitoring and escalation of highâ??risk accountsPreparation of final demand notices and recommendation of accounts for legal escalation (within defined authority)Maintenance of accurate debtor records, reporting support, and continuous process improvement to reduce debtor ageing Skills & Experience: Minimum 57 years experience in commercial credit control within a mediumâ??sized business.
