Group Reporting Specialist (Complex Consolidations

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly Group consolidations across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Ensure accurate inter-company eliminations, adjustments and alignment with reporting standards
• Assist with Group financial statements, technical accounting analysis and audit deliverables
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting cycles with precision and speed
• Partner with business units to validate submissions, resolve discrepancies and ensure reporting integrity
• Contribute to improvements in reporting frameworks, consolidation tools and process efficiency
• Support budgeting, forecasting and Group-level financial modelling where required

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) with completed SAICA articles
• 1 to 2 years post-articles experience in Group consolidations (complex structures)
• Prior experience in Group reporting or a similar technical accounting environment
• Strong IFRS and GAAP knowledge and technical accounting capability
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• A curious, analytical, detail-driven mindset and the ambition to grow with a fast-scaling business
