This role requires someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, engage with operations, and influence business outcomes directly.Key Responsibilities:Oversee group financial management, reporting, and controls across multiple entitiesDrive financial strategy, governance, and operational efficiencyPartner closely with operational teams to support business performance and growthImplement and strengthen financial structures, systems, and processesProvide insights and recommendations to support executive decision-makingTake ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirementsPlay an active role in business operations and commercial decision-makingMinimum Requirements:CA(SA) qualified OR BCom and completed articlesMinimum 34 years post-article experience (non- negotiable)Experience in hospitality, FMCG, or property sectors advantageousStrong technical accounting and financial management capabilityProven leadership ability with strong people management skillsHigh level of independence and decision-making capabilityComfortable working in a fast-paced, changing, growth-focused environment
