Financial Manager

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• BCom in Finance or a related qualification (essential).
• Minimum of 5 years finance experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong background within manufacturing or automotive environments (highly advantageous).
• Solid experience in forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Exposure to Forex is a strong advantage.
• Strong ERP system experience (N4 / Navision / Business Central preferred).
• Proven leadership capability with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially minded approach.
