Youll play a pivotal role in guiding financial operations, leading a strong team, and ensuring that the company continues to scale sustainably and intelligently. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who leads with clarity, communicates with confidence, and delivers with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end financial management across the group
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting
• Manage the monthly close, balance sheet integrity, and audit readiness
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
• Ensure compliance, governance, and strong internal controls
• Partner with operations and leadership to support commercial decision-making
• Strengthen processes for efficiency, scalability, and financial discipline

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Degree required
• 35 years management experience in a Financial Manager role
• Must be immediately available
• Experience in logistics or supply chain beneficial (but not essential)
• Proven experience managing the full finance functions
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Advanced Excel & ERP literacy
