This dynamic group in the energy sector is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee the accounting and reporting function across its business units. The role involves managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and supporting management with actionable financial insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial accounting and reporting across multiple entities
• Manage month-end processes, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Implement and maintain sound financial controls and procedures
• Prepare management accounts and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and drive efficiencies

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Completed BCom Accounting Degree
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
• Minimum of 23 years post-articles experience
• Strong accounting and reporting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage across teams
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to business growth
