Financial Manager

As the Financial Manager Operations, you will play a critical role in driving financial efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making across the business
Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the financial management of operational departments, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Monitoring and analyzing operational performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with operations and senior leadership.
• Implementing and maintaining financial controls and compliance processes across operational units.
• Identifying and advising on cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across technical and service operations.
• Conducting regular variance analyses, identifying deviations from budgets, and recommending corrective actions.
• Supporting revenue assurance and working to mitigate revenue leakage risks in operational processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and performance tracking.

Job experience and Skills required:

• CA(SA) is essential
• 3-5 years of financial and operational exposure
• SAGE
