Financial Manager/Supervisor

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, driving performance and development
• Oversee the full finance function
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
• Review financial statements and ensure IFRS compliance
• Take ownership of VAT compliance, tax calculations and SARS submissions
• Manage statutory reporting and regulatory compliance
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes
• Partner with operational teams to improve profitability and business performance
• Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and streamline processes

What We're Looking For:

â?? CA(SA), CIMA or BCom Accounting/Finance Degree
â?? Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
â?? Minimum 3 years' post-articles commercial experience
â?? Previous management or supervisory experience is essential
â?? Experience within Manufacturing, Retail or other Product-Based industries
â?? Strong knowledge of VAT, taxation and SARS compliance
â?? Experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting
â?? Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
â?? Fluency in Mandarin (spoken) is essential for this role
