Financial Accountant

Our client, a highly respected global property company with an extensive portfolio across multiple regions, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join their high-performance finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Accountant looking to grow their career within a dynamic, fast-paced, and internationally recognised organisation.

Duties:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and operational performance

Education and Experience:

• CA(SA) with 2 years post-articles experience
• Experience in property, real estate, or a corporate environment advantageous
• Strong technical accounting skills with exposure to IFRS
