Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data visualisation and reporting strategies
• Design reports aligned to business and stakeholder needs
• Communicate report insights clearly and effectively to end users
• Promote a customer-centric approach within your area of responsibility
• Support and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Data, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Informatics)
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience:

• 25 years of hands-on experience in data analytics
• Proven proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Python
• Solid mathematical and statistical skills

Technical & Industry Knowledge:

• Experience working in complex IT environments (technical, security, business)
• Understanding of retail data models and architecture (SAP experience advantageous)
• Familiarity with compliance, IT governance, and business metrics
