Credit Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and review credit risk models for provisioning and capital management purposes.
• Assist with the automation and coding of quantitative risk models using modern analytical tools and programming languages.
• Manage project workstreams and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of outputs.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Honours or Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Professional risk management qualifications will be advantageous.

• Minimum 6 years' experience within a quantitative credit risk environment.
• Experience in credit risk model development, validation, or review.
• Proven experience managing projects and delivering workstreams within deadlines.
• Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or leading junior team members.

• Strong understanding of credit risk modelling methodologies and statistical techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SAS, or R.

• Ability to interpret, review, and develop quantitative models and related code.
