As the Corporate Finance Specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating the financial feasibility of new projects, developing and maintaining robust project finance models, and mitigating financial, market, and credit risks. You will support projects from inception through to completion, managing end-to-end project finance processes, engaging with lenders, negotiating funding structures, and presenting insights and recommendations to Executive Leadership, investment committees, and boards.
You will also be responsible for treasury-related activities, analysing credit risk, interpreting complex financial, legal, and commercial information, and ensuring strong financial governance across both project and operating companies.

- Develop, maintain, and review complex financial models for project finance, infrastructure, and investment analysis
- Support full end-to-end project finance execution, from feasibility and structuring through to financial close and post-close management
- Engage, negotiate, and manage relationships with lenders, funders, and financial advisers to secure optimal funding solutions
- Manage financial close processes, including loan documentation, compliance, drawdowns, covenants, and gearing levels
- Conduct investment and project analysis, including mergers, acquisitions, infrastructure developments, and strategic opportunities
- Assess financial, market, credit, and funding risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Evaluate customer and counterparty creditworthiness and make informed credit and funding recommendations
