They offer solid employee benefits, opportunities for growth, and a culture that values professionalism, reliability, and accountability.Duties: Design and build end-to-end BI solutions, integrating multiple data sources into the reporting data warehouseExtract, transform, and load data using Microsoft BI technologiesCollaborate with end users and analysts to translate business requirements into technical specificationsEstimate development effort and provide technical insights to managementSupport and enhance existing BI platforms and reportsReverse engineer, refine, and optimise BI processesMentor junior BI developers and promote industry best practices Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12)Relevant qualification in Computer Information Systems with majors in Information Management, Finance, or Mathematics (NQF 6+)Degree (NQF 7+) preferred Experience: 3+ years experience in ETL / BI Development within Microsoft BI Stack (SQL Server, SSIS)Strong technical experience: MS SQL Server, SQL, SSIS, DevOps, PowerApps1+ years report development experience using Power BIAdvanced understanding of ETL methodologies and the full SDLCExperience designing BI solutions using Kimball methodologyStrong knowledge of data modelling concepts Skills & Competencies:
