Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build and maintain ELT pipelines ensuring reliability and performance
  • Integrate data across WMS, TMS, ERP and IoT platforms
  • Manage data lake and data warehouse environments
  • Deliver clean, structured and validated datasets
  • Collaborate with BI and Data Science teams
  • Maintain documentation and data catalogues
  • Support security, compliance and access controls
  • Automate operational data processes
  • Perform issue analysis and root cause investigations
  • Optimise advanced SQL development and reusable pipelines
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 35 years experience in data engineering (logistics/supply chain advantageous)
  • Relevant cloud and data engineering certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Strong experience in BI or analytics tooling (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
  • ELT/ETL pipeline development (ADF, Airflow, SSIS)
  • Advanced SQL development and optimisation
  • Python or similar scripting language
  • Cloud-based data platforms
  • Data modelling, warehousing and schema design
