An Accountant

Duties:

• Manage month-end close, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations
• Process intercompany transactions and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and balance sheet schedules
• Prepare VAT, tax-related reconciliations, and statutory submissions
• Oversee debtors, creditors, and support audit requirements

Education and Experience:

• BCom Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years accounting experience in a commercial environment
• SAICA or SAIPA articles completed
• CIMA would be an advantage
• Experience on Pastel Accounting and/or Xero
