Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full financial function at an executive level.
• Provide strategic financial direction aligned with overall business objectives.
• Actively contribute at Board level, supporting high-level decision-making.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to guide business strategy and performance.
• Optimise operational efficiencies across finance and related functions.
• Build and lead high-performing finance teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA(SA) qualification is essential.
• Minimum of 8+ years post-qualification experience.
• At least 3 years experience operating at Board level is non-negotiable.
• Proven experience within manufacturing, production, or services environments.
• Strong strategic leadership and commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at executive and Board level.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
