The Person:
  • Matric (minimum).
  • Degree for Diploma in Payroll/HR.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in payroll processing.
  • SAGE 300 People Payroll experience essential.
  • Knowledge of payroll related legislation and processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience essential.
  • HRPM System knowledge, an added advantage.
The Job:
Report to the Payroll Manager:
  • End to end processing of company payrolls (approx. 1,400 headcount).
  • Check leave captured on SAGE vs HRPM.
  • Import timesheets onto SAGE 300.
  • Employee benefits administration.
  • SARS submissions PAYE, UIF, SDL.
  • Load salaries on Fihrst and prepare salary payments.
  • Load payslips onto SAGE 300.
  • Prepare weekly scheduling files with targets.
  • Prepare and analyse adherence to scheduling targets.
  • Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations.
  • Prepare payroll related reports and summaries.
  • Support and assist with adhoc HR related matters.
