- Oversee and manage the full financial function, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and working capital.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and banks.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Assist with project-based financial management, including billing, profitability analysis, and client reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and other statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (BCom Accounting/Finance).
- Professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum 58 years experience in financial management, preferably in consulting, professional services, or corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax legislation, and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
