When finance meets fast-paced operations, precision becomes power. A well-established national hospitality group is expanding its finance team and is looking for a Financial Accountant who thrives in a multi-site environment.
Based in Centurion, this role requires travel to various properties within the portfolio. This is not a desk-bound accounting role you will partner with General Managers, support on-site teams, and ensure that each propertys financial performance is accurately tracked and strategically supported. If you enjoy being close to operations while maintaining strong financial control, this role offers the best of both worlds.

Key Responsibilities

• Full financial accounting function
• Monthly management accounts and reporting packs
• Balance sheet reconciliations and income statement reviews
• VAT calculations and submissions
• Budgeting and forecasting assistance
• Intercompany accounts and consolidations
• Audit preparation and compliance oversight
• Travel to various sites to ensure financial standardisation and operational alignment

Job Experience and Skills Required

• BCom Accounting or relevant finance qualification
• Completed SAIPA articles (advantageous)
• 35 years experience in a Financial Accountant role
• Multi-entity (group) or hospitality exposure beneficial
• Strong reconciliation and reporting capability
• Advanced Excel skills
• Willingness to travel regularly
