Duties:

• Review client financials monthly, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness
• Oversee tax calculations, VAT reviews, and the finalization of financial statements
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of accountants managing workflow, performance, and wellbeing
• Build lasting client relationships with proactive communication and hands-on support
• Identify workflow gaps, streamline processes, and suggest practical improvements
• Keep leadership informed with insights on team progress and client risk areas

Education and Experience:

• BCom Accounting or related degree
• Professional membership preferred
• 3+ Years experience in a similar position at small to medium size business

Skills:

• Accounting software experience essential (Xero Adviser certification would be beneficial)
• MS Excel - Intermediate (Pivot tables)
