Senior Financial Manager

Oversee full financial management, reporting, and governance across a group of client and investment entities
Lead a team of accountants, ensuring accurate reporting, sound controls, and high-quality client delivery
Prepare and review management accounts, annual financial statements, and cash flow forecasts
Provide strategic financial guidance and act as a trusted advisor to business owners and boards
Implement and continuously improve financial systems, policies, and processes for efficiency and scalability
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing insights and recommendations that add measurable value
Partner with leadership to grow the financial services portfolio and expand the client base
Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements across multiple entities

Skills & Experience:
CA(SA)
Minimum of 7 years experience in finance or accounting, with proven team leadership and client-facing exposure.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and business acumen.
Proven ability to deliver financial oversight and strategic input across multiple companies or clients.
Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency (experience with AI-enabled tools advantageous).
Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
Adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment
