QA Engineer (Automation)

Design and maintain robust QA processes and automation frameworks that sparkle like Christmas lights
Build end-to-end automated test suites (functional, integration, regression, API) to keep systems as reliable as Rudolph on Christmas Eve
Collaborate with dev and product teams to ensure requirements are testable and delivered with festive flair
Execute manual and exploratory testing for complex flows and edge casesbecause even Santa checks his list twice
Identify, log, and track defects; verify fixes and champion quality metrics like the star on top of the tree
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous improvement initiatives to keep the sleigh running smoothly

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in QA and automation testing (your gift-wrapping skills wont count, sorry!).
Strong coding/scripting skills (preferably C#).
Solid understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and automation best practices.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Cypress.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsbecause spotting bugs is like finding the elf hiding in the office.

Qualification:
Relevant IT degree or equivalent experience
