Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full finance function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Oversee financial controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, driving performance and development.
• Manage audits and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Provide commercial and strategic financial support to the executive team.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the finance function.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable).
• Minimum 3 years' post-articles experience in a Financial Manager or similar role.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
• Proven experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
