Job Description:As the Financial Controller, your duties and responsibilities will include the following:Provide effective leadership to the team and deliver strong support to the broader businessMaintain clear, consistent communication with team members and OperationsDevelop individual team members, identify high-potential talent, and support their growthEnsure the Debtors function operates efficiently and delivers high-quality outputsOversee the Purchasing/Creditors function to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and complianceManage the Cash Book with precision and adherence to internal controlsOversee cashflow management to support financial stability and operational planningDrive continuous improvements across financial and operational processesReview all finance and operational systems to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovationLead the development, improvement, and implementation of SOPs for AR, AP, and Treasury to ensure standardisation and complianceIdentify opportunities for automation and digital transformation within the Shared Services environment and manage related implementation projectsCollaborate with IT and external vendors to enhance automation and digitisation initiativesChampion change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new systems, tools, and processesSkills & Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the finance function from reconciliations to reportingShared Services Experience requiredQualification:Completed Finance or Accounting diploma or degreeGrade 12 (matric)Contact JENELLE COOKSON on
