Finance Manager

They are searching for a Finance Manager (CA(SA) or CIMA) who can act as a Finance Business Partner, working across departments to translate financial data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, strategic, and confident engaging with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to operational and commercial teams, ensuring strong cross-departmental communication.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyse financial performance and present insights to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
• Translate complex financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
• Support operational performance in a call-centre-driven environment through data insights and financial controls.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and financial frameworks.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• CA(SA) or CIMA (completed)

Experience:

• 23 years post-articles experience
• Exposure to call centre, financial services, or fast-paced commercial environments beneficial
• Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Skills / Attributes:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to articulate financial concepts clearly to non-finance teams
• Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
• Commercial acumen and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
