Finance Manager (Financial Services - CA(SA))

IDEAL EXPERIENCE PROFILE

We are looking to connect with candidates who have:

• Qualified CA(SA) designation
• Around 4 years post-articles experience within industry (financial services preferred)
• Strong exposure across financial control, reporting, and finance operations
• Experience working in a dynamic, stakeholder-driven environment

KEY EXPOSURE AREAS

The successful profile will typically have exposure to:

• Acting as a key finance SME for systems, processes, and finance systems adoption
• Oversight of end-to-end finance functions including AP, reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, tax, compliance, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Delivery of financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Coordination of external audit processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Strengthening financial controls and driving process efficiency and continuous improvement
• Engagement with external stakeholders including funders, auditors, and regulators
• Support of treasury and funding activities, including due diligence processes
• Monitoring financial performance, identifying cost optimisation opportunities, and assessing key business risks
• Partnering with operational teams and senior management to foster a high-performance culture and support team development
• Additional responsibilities as delegated by the CFO from time to time
