Data Integration Engineer

In this role, youll design, build, and maintain robust integration pathways across cloud and enterprise environments, ensuring data moves smoothly and securelyno prehistoric bottlenecks. Youll work closely with data, platform, and engineering teams to deliver integrations using APIs, realâ??time streaming, and eventâ??driven architectures. Youll also contribute to modernising integration standards, strengthening monitoring, and improving performance across the entire data landscape.

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience building data integration solutions in modern cloud environments no stoneâ??age pipelines here.
Strong understanding of eventâ??driven architectures and realâ??time streaming, perfect for moving data faster than a raptor on the run.
Skilled in developing and consuming RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth communication across systems without prehistoric delays.
Hands-on exposure to serverless or microservices-based integration patterns, helping the organisation erupt out of legacy monoliths.
Solid working knowledge of SQL and data platforms, cracking open structured data like a true data palaeontologist.
Ability to troubleshoot, optimise, and monitor data pipelines, spotting issues before they fossilise.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work with crossâ??functional teams as the ecosystem evolves.

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
