Cash Controller (Epping, Cape Town)

A completed Matric with a Bookkeeping Diploma (highly advantageous), coupled with 5+ years Cash Controlling and Debtors experience. Duties include: daily feedback on EFT's - bank statements; daily reporting on open customer invoices; arrange refund applications; linking of invoices and transfer requests; driver schedules to sign off for payments; weekly age reports; relieve in cash office; handle COD applications and inform all concerned on approval; petty cash and e-wallet; assist with paperwork for credit notes; assist Branch Manager with general duties; collect money for the company as and when requested; releasing of sales orders - checking account before releasing; Handling cash daily; be responsible for assisting the Epping branch with similar duties and standing in as a relief in the Cash Office in Belville as and when needed.
