Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive client engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Assess client financial requirements and present suitable finance solutions
- Promote financial products and services in line with client needs and market demand
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity on the CRM system
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure long-term client retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience within the commercial finance industry is advantageous
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
