Project Manager

We are seeking two Intermediate Project Managers to join the bank's Group Technology environment. These roles will sit within the PMO and be deployed across various initiatives, working closely with Technical Product Owners (TPOs).

The focus is on delivering data-driven and banking-related projects, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, structured delivery capability, and the ability to operate in a hybrid Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects across data, technology, and banking domains

• Plan, execute, and control project scope, timelines, costs, and quality (PM Triangle)

• Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and executive levels

• Work closely with PMO and TPOs to ensure alignment to delivery objectives

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective delivery in Agile / hybrid environments

• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies

• Provide regular reporting, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders and governance forums

• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements
