Requirements:
- Dip/Bachelor’s Degree: Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish new product/process time standards, revise existing standards.
- Develop tools as per customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance through incorporation of relevant detail into process specifications.
- Train/develop shop floor personnel.
- Maintain product development history log.
- Design/establish/confirm process & costs.
- Design process specifications, issue, and update.
