A Technical Team Lead is directly responsible for a project team’s delivery outcomes by managing competing priorities across the Client, Delivery and Team performance areas, with a primary focus on the Delivery and Team areas and a secondary supporting role on the Client area. *Key performance areas* * Project Profitability – Ensure project profitability through effective team management * Improve Customer Sentiment (all levels) * Make Business Better - Add More Value and Become a trusted partner.
