SENIOR FINANCIAL MANAGER - Robertson

Our client in Robertson has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Manager to join their dynamic team. *PAYROLL* Payroll processing and payments to employees and all statutory bodies Processing and reconciling all leave applications Reconciling monthly FAW (Funds at Work) contribution deductions to the FAW online program and paying over employee and employer contributions Reconcile monthly payroll analysis to salary control account in Sage Pastel Process EMP201 on SARS efiling and submitting payment to SARS Making sure all relevant payments to SARS, Workmanscompensation etc is done timeously Reconciling EMP501 twice yearly and submitting IRP5’s annually to SARS   *CASHBOOKS* Processing and reconciling all bank accounts weekly (debtors daily) Processing and reconciling petty cash accounts monthly Processing and reconciling Merchant West FEC accounts monthly   *DEBTORS FINANCE * Weekly reconciliation of Debtors book Selection of invoices Requesting funds from Merchant West as funds become available   *SUPPLIERS* Check supplier reconciliations to supplier statements Check that all supplier invoices are processed on Sage Pastel Investigate suppliers in debit and long outstanding suppliers Compile a suppliers payment schedule balanced back to Pastel for month end   *INVENTORY* Oversee stock adjustments and stock counts   *REPORTING TO DIRECTORS* Prepare Monthly management accounts for all directors before the 7th working day of the month and reconcile monthly management accounts back to trial balance.  Provide for depreciation and finance costs monthly (reconciling back to amortisation schedules and fixed asset register) Report on variances to budget   VAT submission and reconciliation of VAT account monthly.  Attending to all VAT queries from SARS   Reconciliation of all trial balance accounts Detailed weekly cashflow for directors (include debtors ageing and supplier ageing)   Loading of monthly and daily payments on online banking Must be a qualified accountant or CA with at least two years work experience.
