Responsibilities:To manage and operate the Service DepartmentTo ensure that quality service at a reasonable cost is offered to customers while maintaining a profitable operationSupervise and Manage departmentEstablish financial and operational objectives, and prepare monthly forecastControl performance quality of departmental. (Daily operating control, efficiency and productivity control, warranty report, telephone survey)Establish job description and keep up to-dateSelect and train key personnelEvaluate performance of employees, based on job descriptions and departmental objectivesOutline training programs for the Service Department and coordinate dealership technical training, such as product knowledge courses for Sales DepartmentHandle difficult customer complaintsDetermine the need for new tools and equipment and arrange the purchase of such materialsSuitable technical experienceRequirements:Qualified TechnicianChery/Haval/GWM experience preferredGood customer relations abilityAbility to manage employees in the workshopAbility to plan and control all the activities in the service departmentProduct knowledgeService Administrative skills Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
