Your key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate requirements elicitation discussions with the relevant stakeholders

As Deputy Director, you will work closely with the SKA-Mid Telescope Director to oversee the telescopes operational readiness, lead core technical teams, and represent the telescopes interests in national and international collaborations. You will also manage the local SKA-Mid Collaboration Team, contributing to construction support, science operations, engineering systems, and computing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities (amongst others)

• Support the Telescope Director in planning and executing SKA-Mid operations, including commissioning and science readiness.

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in technical operations management, with a significant focus on strategic partnerships or joint ventures.
