Training and Development
Take control of the Groups policies and procedures pertaining to dealer business to ensure specialist knowledge exists to assist and advise branch and dealer staff quickly within the sales and aftersales departments
Monitor available training offered by the Group to dealer network to ensure consistent training attendance by branch and dealer staff
Assist DPs with setting up training plans to upskill staff members to create a strong team

Sales Targets:
Assist dealers to achieve 100% vehicle sales targets

Ensure dealers debtor’s books is controlled, all payments to parts and vehicle stock are within the required policy time frame. All vehicles invoiced to customers to be settled within 48 hours of the date of invoice
Ensure Asset Vehicle Management on approved Loan and Demo unit usage within the Region adheres to agreed usage and timeline parameters. No overdue usage allowed.
Ensure adequate return assessments are carried out and reported
Dealer Support:
Visit dealers in region at least six times per year and provide adequate feedback per visit template report including branding and highlighting any areas of concerns for further attention and resolve
Assist dealer in developing business plans to have a workable plan in place with measurable to improve all the aspects of the business within their area of responsibility. Follow-ups on agreed action plans to be evaluated monthly/quarterly
Assist dealers in resolving any relevant business problem they may face. Using the PDCA cycle to ensure actions are workable collect any problems and help through the head office with countermeasures to protect the brand
Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure all marketing efforts are successfully implemented at the dealers to promote the Group

A new position is available for a Service Advisor for our client in the Truck Industry. The position will be based in Spartan Johannesburg.
Duties:
Greeting customers and assisting with queries.
Opening of estimates and job cards for work to be done.
Ensure the Estimate goes to client via email and phone call, go ahead is received within one hour of booking or truck arrival.
Consulting with mechanics, foreman or technical advisors regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
Inform clients of campaigns available for their vehicle and upsell hours from campaigns.
Check and inform if vehicle is in warranty, truck is under service plan or maintenance plan, and if the item to be done is covered in the plan or if the client need to be billed.
Communicate with parts department to ensure timeous availability of parts.
Obtain various order numbers and issue the go ahead to the foreman and technicians.
Update clients 4 hourly on the status of vehicles and prepare and cost the job cards to be invoiced before the vehicle is released.
Explain all work done to client prior to collecting the vehicle and ensure all work is covered or if there is additional work required.
Control the daily Workshop workflow sheet. Send out by end of business day.
Control the Workshop efficiency report, hours allocated vs worked.
Control the gate passbook and company policies regarding vehicle movements i.e. No vehicle laves without payment.
Manage and oversee the dealerships workflow and schedule between departments.
Call customer to advise them about service changes or vehicle pick up times.
Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Adhere to all company policies.
Send payment Proof of Accounts and ensure the debtors is loaded and removed.
Requirements:
Matric Certificate/ Grade 12
Relevant training/qualifications as a Service Advisor or similar role.
Code 8 License
Min 3 -5 years’ experience in similar role.
A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry. Skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word &

Able to handle 30 -35 Job cards per day.
