close to Wetton Circle transport junction, shops and autobanks, this home
offers:

- fully equipped rooms with comfortable beds, shelves, cupboards,
good desks
- fully-equipped kitchen with gas stove, plates, pots, cutlery,
fridges and granite cooking surfaces
- outside space for relaxing.
The Homestay has three fully-equipped student rooms which include
two singles and one twin room for young men, who are able to share facilities
in a happy, constructive manner. Accordingly, I am looking for personalities
which can contribute to a happy, supportive, learning environment in which
everyone can achieve their academic goals.
The home is on the transport route to Claremont, which can be
accessed via public transport. Students who have lived here previously attended
UCT (Rondebosch campus) and other private colleges. All thef the guys have
returned for more than one year. Only those who are happy to travel by public
transport should consider the Homestay.
Prices are very good and the home is supervised daily by the
owner, who fixes problems immediately. Travel times to UCT, Eduvos, CPUT and
others can be long, compensated for by excellent pricing and convenience ;
consider this carefully.
The home is best suited to students who
do not have classes/tests after 7pm in the evenings ; if so,
then you have to Uber back home. UCT main campus Rondebosch is the most
suitable. Medical school (Observatory) or Art schools (City
Centre) are not suitable destinations from the
Homestay.
Monthly prices are calculated for 10 months minimum and
range from R 3610 (per person twin room) to R 4750 (single). Lease has to be
signed and a monthly deposit is required. Accordingly, this home is for private
and Foreign students. Parents and students who are interested should email
