Inspecting buildings in your portfolio monthly
to report back to the Landlords

Arranging exit inspections and recovering
damages/final accounts for utilities from tenants and allocating deposits where
necessary.
Landlord monthly process:
a.
Ensuring accounts, invoices, and any other
payment requests (SARS payments, telkom accounts, salaries, wages, etc…) have
been debited.
b.
Ensuring all related rent and recoveries have
been collected to the best of your abilities before closing the accounts and
payment is made to Landlord.
c.
Ensuring the monthly hard/soft copy of the
detailed rentroll containing income/expenses has all the information attached
for handover to the landlord.
d.
Paying final amount over to Landlord as speedily
as possible.
e.
Ensuring your deposit list for every individual
tenant is kept up to date on the system and the transfers/refunds have been
made to the necessary accounts.
