1. Requirements
Ø Grade 12 Certificate
Ø 3 to 5 years working experience in logistic.
Ø Microsoft word and excel Knowledge
2. Hours of Work
Your normal
hours of work will be from 07h30 to 16h30 Monday to Friday. However due to the
nature of our business and your position, you may be expected to work longer
hours as required including Saturdays.
3. Duties and Responsibilities
a)
Coordinate
all collections including tender dropping and arranging for drivers to do pick
up.
b)
Assist if
it needs on movements of links.
c)
Giving
count of available vehicles and communicate with the drivers on a daily basis
that allocated to you.
d)
Checking,
preparing load and prepare trip sheets.
e)
Comply the
file for all your trip sheet.
f)
Assisting
with quotes for repairs and tyres.
g)
Assist on
booking the vehicles that are allocated to you for services and update all your
files allocated to you.
h)
Tracking
of vehicles when needed.
i)
Report all
vehicle issues and accident to your line manager.
j)
Coordinate
driver routes and delivery loads.
k)
Track
shipments and input data into the company system.
l)
Respond to
customer service requests when necessary.
m)
Prepare
the weekly and monthly report for all vehicles allocated to you.
