CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT
Recharger is a leading, national metering company based in La Lucia, Durban, KwaZulu Natal.
A customer support administrator position has become available.
Duties:
• Ability to engage with clients on general queries and support.
• Document administration with client assistance on registration information.
• Ad-hoc administration duties to manage client queries and provide support via various communication platforms.
• Data-capturing.
• Ability to multi-task and ensure all queries are managed and resolved.
• Attention to detail necessary and maintaining accuracy when capturing on relevant computer systems.
Skills and Experience:
• Excellent command of the English language and telephone
Etiquette.
• Excellent computer literacy skills
• Experience in a similar environment - advantageous.
• Grade 12 essential.
• Electrical knowledge is advantageous.
• Clear Credit and Criminal Record.
